Confession always terrified me as a child, because if I confessed a sin (no matter how small), that meant God could decide not to forgive me. And then what? And repentance was never really taught to me at all.
So when I reached adulthood and started truly studying the Bible and growing with God, I realized how wrong everything I knew actually was.
